Product Description
Ticket to Ride: Play Pink is a charity project in collaboration with Pink Ribbon, supporting breast cancer research around the world, led by Days of Wonder and Asmodee.
Ticket to Ride: Play Pink is a new and exclusive color never seen before in any Ticket to Ride Game. As the set includes both stations and trains, it is compatible with all versions of Ticket to Ride.
A must have for any Ticket to Ride enthusiast, casual player and die-hard fan alike.
For every unit of Ticket to Ride: Play Pink sold, 2€ goes directly to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
The Breast Cancer Research Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to achieving prevention and a cure for breast cancer.
They provide critical funding for cancer research worldwide to fuel advances in tumor biology, genetics, prevention, treatment, metastasis and survivorship.
Since its founding in 1993 by Evelyn H. Lauder, BCRF has raised more than half a billion dollars for lifesaving research. Through a unique and streamlined grants program, it seeks out the brightest minds in science and medicine and gives them the necessary resources to pursue their best ideas. As a result, researchers are able to make discoveries and design new approaches to address all aspects of breast cancer—and do so in record time.
In 2020-2021, BCRF will award $40 million in annual grants to 275 scientists from top universities and medical institutions around the globe.
